The APPFA Professional Development Conference is designed to further enhance the participant’s auditing skills and also provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and concepts. At the completion of the conference, the participant will have attained an overview of the topic areas.

Although there is no prerequisite for this conference, the level of knowledge required is intermediate to advanced. Auditing and accounting professionals may qualify for 18 hours of Ccontinuing Professional Education by attending this conference, which is designed to comply with the AICPA’s Statement of CPE Standards. Participants attending this conference will receive an attendance certificate following the completion of this program.

From the Airport (13 miles), take I-70 east to Convention Cntr/Arch/Riverfront Exit to stoplight. Stay in far right-hand lane. Follow signs that say Riverfront to Convention Plaza. At Convention Plaza make a left to light in far right-hand lane. Go straight across (which is Laclede's Landing Blvd) 2 blocks to First Street. Make a left, go half a block and hotel is on the left side of the street.

From I-64, I-55 or I-44, take Memorial Drive/Downtown Exit. Get in the far right-hand lane on Memorial Drive to Washington Blvd. Make a right. Go 2 blocks to First Street. Go left for 3 blocks, hotel is on the left side of the street.
